In-Kind Gifts

CWJC Graduates Fall 2009Through each free, 10-week session, Christian Women’s Job Corps of Abilene offers women a hand up, not a handout. During the session, participants learn to overcome family, financial, emotional and physical crisis to stay focused on their goals. They learn to take responsibility for their part in situations and look for ways to improve their lives and their community.

Your in-kind gifts share love and hope with women in Abilene.

By offering in-kind gifts, you help women by providing needed personal, professional and educational items for participants to build success upon. We accept general donations such as toiletries, professional clothing for interviews, and office-appropriate jewelry at any time. Please see our list below of items we need today.

Items can be delivered to our office at 1450 N. 17th Street in Abilene, or please contact us about picking up your in-kind donations.

Please call us at 325-701-9250 to set up a time to bring items to our office at 1450 N. 17th, in Abilene.

Agape Gifts

Agape gifts are special items to encourage and share love with participants. These items can be special pens or pencils; Christian bookmarks; encouraging cards and notes; small, hand-made crafts and other tokens of love.
